Role
As the Founding Account Executive at Pika, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and refining our sales strategy, directly contributing to the company's revenue growth through owning the end-to-end sales process and partnering closely with the founders. You’ll work with C-level decision-makers at some of the most innovative and fast-growing businesses in the trades. You will be a central part of the customer journey, guiding and supporting customers from their initial engagement through to successful partnerships.
Note that this is an in-office role located in SF (open to NYC on a case-by-case basis), and this position will require some necessary travel.
What you'll do
Drive Pika’s revenue growth, owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proof-of-concept and close.
Help to shape and refine Pika’s core sales playbook (messaging, tools etc.), working closely with the founders.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to triage, share and incorporate customer feedback.
Over time, help build and scale the sales team.
Required skills and qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quota carrying, full cycle role in a high-growth sales organization.
Consistent, demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally.
Demonstrable commitment to environmental sustainability and belief in our mission.
Nice-to-haves
Previous experience selling software to services/non-technical businesses.
