📈 22% Increase in Average Sold Ticket (Inflation-Adjusted)

One of the key changes this shop made with Pika was to begin offering rebates as off-the-top discounts — enabling the homeowner to access the rebate instantly, instead of waiting several months for a refund.

As a result, jobs containing these off-the-top rebates (and sold through Pika's sales presentation tool) saw a ~22% increase in the average sold ticket when adjusted for inflation — and a 32% increase when not adjusted — in the first 3 months of 2025 compared with the same time frame in 2024.

💼 3X Growth in High-Value Job Estimates

Jobs with at least one estimate over $20K tripled, indicating a shift toward more ambitious, higher-value scoping facilitated by Pika's estimation capabilities.

💰 2X Growth in $20K+ Jobs Sold

The number of estimates sold over $20K doubled, proving that these higher estimates were not just being proposed — they were closing.

These results reinforce Pika's ability to elevate close rates and ticket size by arming teams with the ability to offer greater savings upfront — along with the assurance that the rebate reimbursement will reach the shop a few weeks later.
